RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We follow a 'closed box delivery' policy, vital for product authenticity, customer privacy, and deterring any tampering. Should you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please send it back to Beauty Hub. We'll facilitate a replacement as long as it fulfills these requirements:


  1. In case you discover any issues (such as damage, defects, or receiving the wrong product) upon unboxing, please promptly notify the "Customer Relationship Management Department." You can reach out through either the provided inbox or the hotline at +8809666737475. It would be greatly appreciated if you could include photographic or video evidence to support your claim. Your swift action will aid in resolving the matter efficiently.


  1. After discussing with the management, the "Customer Relationship Management Department" will either exchange or replace the product or make necessary payment adjustments. You have a window of 3 days from the product's delivery date to make your complaint valid. For electronics, if you receive a defective or non-functioning item, you have a 14-day replacement guarantee starting from the day you receive the product.


  1. Items that have been used, tested, or liquid/semi-liquid products won't be eligible for exchange or refund.


  1. The Return Policy won't hold if the seal is broken or if the product isn't suitable for you.


  1. We won't be able to exchange or accept returns for products if the buyer alters their purchasing decision, changes their mind, or simply doesn't like attributes such as scent, texture, color, design, or the product itself.


  1. If you make an unintended purchase of the wrong product, we may offer an exchange option.In such cases, you would be responsible for the expenses related to returning the item to us and having the correct product resent. Please be aware the potential for this specific exchange depends on factors like product type, exchange process risk, and management discretion.


  1. Remember to include the original invoice, the intact Beauty hub box, and the undamaged product packaging box (if applicable) when returning the product.


  1. When it comes to Lingerie Items, we recommend reaching out to our Female Consultants for size and measurement guidance. However, if you make a purchase without consulting them and encounter any issues, feel free to get in touch with our hotline at +8809666737475. We're here to help and ensure your satisfaction.


  1. Panties from the Lingerie line cannot be exchanged or returned, even if they have been tried on or not.

    How to return our product? What is the associated cost

  • Our Customer Service will coordinate a product pickup from your location at no delivery cost (*Terms and conditions apply). If you're situated outside Dhaka, kindly use Sundarban Courier Service for return shipment. Upon validation of your return claim, we will refund your courier charge.


  • If we determine that your claim regarding the product is not valid, you will need to accept the same product and cover the costs of returning and re-sending it.


   Refund Policy

  • The refund will be processed after we have completed evaluating your return.

  • Replacement is subject to availability of stock. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.

  • Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.

  • If you have selected Cash on Delivery (COD), there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for your order.

  • For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking, or Bank Transfer, you will receive a refund in your respective.

    If online payment is made once more due to a technical error, a payment refund will be made.

  • You will receive a refund anytime between 7-10 working days. If you don'€™t receive a refund within this time, please write to us at admin@beautyhub.com.bd and we shall investigate.
